Peter Cranko

Partner

Peter Cranko is a trained management consultant with a focus on social policy, strategy and organisation change. He has over 25 years of experience working with not-for-profit, faith and government sectors.

Previously Peter was a Director of Elton Consulting and headed their Policy, Strategy and Research practice.

He has also worked in global consulting firms Deloitte and Monitor Co., in senior public service roles and in NGOs in both South Africa and Australia.

Peter has always been committed to working with for-purpose organisations and began his career focusing on justice and democratisation in South Africa. He has an MSc degree.

Clare Crawford

Partner

Clare is a specialist in evaluation, service model review, and change management in the human services sector. She has a background in policy analysis and development here and in the UK, and strong understanding of the community services environment from previous positions in the non-government sector.

Clare is especially interested in helping for-purpose organisations partner with government agencies and businesses. She seeks to support partnerships which align with mission and justice priorities and achieve quality results through effective strategy and operations.

Clare is an experienced researcher and communications consultant, a trained mediator, and a facilitation expert. She has a MPhil degree.
